Our membership is a great value... an entire year's worth of programs for only $20.00. Yep, that's all! Your membership dues are used toward administrative costs, advertising and of course your annual party.

Your membership will take about 4-6 weeks to process. For more immediate membership needs, submit your completed application and dues directly to the sports director of the first CMSA league you join.
